Blue is universally beloved as a cool, balanced, and calm color. This may have something to do with the fact that the sky and oceans appear to be blue. However, "Feeling Blue" is a phrase indicating sadness.
In Villages, Blue is a risky color that can be powerful under the right circumstances.
